Parameter management in the technique doesn't work
Description
If I have 2 parameters in a technique, the first one being a plain string, and want the second one to be a list, and click on "Select values from a list" on the SECOND parameter, the first one is ticked
I can't get the second one to become a select

Surely part of the same bug :
- When creating a first parameter as a list an populating the list ;
- Then creating a 2nd parameter and checking “select values from a list” :
- It kills and empties the first (1st parameter) list before creating the second ;
- But it still remains possible te recreate and repopulate the first list ;
- However the 1nd must be populated BEFORE the fisrt one, or it breaks it again.
It's an annoying bug.
