Description

We need a cache / repository for the resolved node properties, ie not the one in stored in node facts, the one computed by the resolution of global / group / node properties.

We need that because the configuration for node "grace periode outline" is configured in such a way, and it is very often accessed, and we can't afford to compute it each time (the computation is expensive).
