Description
That query use "hasPolicyServer-root", should be "hasPolicyServer-*"
The same class has several other use of "hasPolicyServer-root" that should be modified in the same way.

- Target version changed from 47 to 50
- Target version changed from 50 to 2.4.0~beta3
- Target version changed from 2.4.0~beta3 to 2.4.0~beta4
When this query is used ?
At least, it seems that this is not a blocking issue so I change it to the next run.

- Target version changed from 24 to Ideas (not version specific)
This is not a blocking issue; it is used in reporting to detect last complete run of each nodes
However, by having root in the name of the rule, it checks only nodes that have the root server as their direct policy server

- Target version changed from Ideas (not version specific) to 2.8.0~beta1
We need that for relay servers
