Description

With the feature to keep expired compliance valid for some time, we need a clear UI to let the user know that the compliance is not the "current" one.

We propose:
- a little 🕔 icon or similar in fron of the compliance bar in the node list page,
- the same icon in the node compliance tab (somewhere)
- a different dedicated color background for the status message, not green like the "compliant/OK" one.
