Description

We know have API errors for properties at global level and at the level of each inherited property, we need to display them :
  • a warning banner above the properties table for global warnings
  • a warning icon for each property in error and the error message on hover
    Also now we have an error message in the API for conflicting properties on children, we can ignore the message on the UI because we already have a custom warning.

This is likely what resolves #22077 but in 8.2 version
