Since we added node properties and techniques errors next to the policy generation status when there are errors, we need a common UI between the different statuses :
we need to change the current UI of policy generation status (using bootstrap 5 cards and list group, also use modern icons for success).

Also we need to adapt the UX of the nodes errors by limiting the number of displayed nodes in error, or it will overwhelm the user for likely the same error when there are more than 3 nodes errors (the user can always resolve the errors on the first nodes)
