Description
All is visible on the video
When we rearrange the properties in either way on nodes or groups, the pop-ups are not rearranged at the same time.
Plus, the tooltip is not well-rendered
WORKAROUND: reloading page should be enough to correct it.

- Fix check changed from To do to Checked
The main issue has been fixed, but the mouse is not a pointer on Firefox, so when hovering the tooltip, the user cannot know that the tooltip should be clicked on Firefox.
