Missing trailing "/" in NODE_PROMISES_PARENT_DIR_BASE constant

Description

It seems that we need a trailing "/" in the NODE_PROMISES_PARENT_DIR_BASE variable with current value "/var/rudder".

Else, we get error about missing directory "/var/ruddershare" for promises in place of "/var/rudder/share".
