Description

The bar containing the filters and actions from #26336 needs to be revisited :
  • it needs to be sticky
  • filters are too big and have a primary color instead of a default one
  • actions are moving and taking much space, they should be in a dropdown
Also some error handling can be improved :
  • after a settings error when refreshing we should have a link to the rudder accounts page
  • errors callouts does not have fixed width so it is not the same across plugins
  • nearly expiring license end dates are not in yellow
