When modifying (activating/desactivating) a rule, and specifying a reason, the event log does not display it correctly.

Description
The event is actually present in the logs, but the reason specified does not appears, werheas it correctly appears when deleting a rule.

I can't reproduce it. Maybe I didn't understand it (or it has been corrected by a side effect)

I reproduced it. When you disable a rule, a popup appears to enter a "reason" message for the change. See for example this change (not a disable), there is a "Reason" line:
Whatever you put here, it's not displayed in event logs, the "Reason" line is missing:

Ah, another piece of information: when I re-enable the rule, and add a reason like "BLA BLA", then I re-disable the rule, the popup appears with "BLA BLA" pre-filled!
- Priority changed from 3 to 2
- Status changed from 2 to Pending technical review
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Pending technical review to Released
