Renaming tab and parameter for licence info in setup page

Description
In order to uniform the naming about the licence information, I think it will be more consistent to rename the tab Rudder account to @Licence or something else. User tend to be confused about where what exactly should they put the information of the licence.
We should also replace Username parameter by Licence ID
