Description
The groups "All managed nodes" ({"target":"special:all_exceptPolicyServers"}), "All nodes" ({"target":"special:all"}), "All policy servers" ({"target":"special:all_policyServers"}) and "Root policy server" ({"target":"policyServer:root"}) all have a clone button, but when attempting to confirm cloning, the clone button does not do anything.
Other system groups with group id can however be cloned.
We should not have the Clone button for groups with special targets
