We can search for CIDR in Node summary > IP address but it's not discoverable

Description
The node search Node summary > IP address accept both IP and CIDR for = and ≠ but there is no way to discover it
We should advertise it in some way (maybe have custom = and ≠ that states CIDR notation?)
