Description

Since we were forced to revert correction on #27167 in https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/6509, this is the new ticket for tracking it.

It will need to incorporate past change from https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/6482 and https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/6480, plus the new problem for the generated code that breaks the N/A case.

The change need to be different in Rudder 8.2, 8.3 and 9.0, so we will need to see where the patch is done.
