Confusing interaction with Settings / License page

Description
When we configure the license in the Settings / License page, it still offer to define the license information afterwards, so users don't know that it is set
It should probably state that it is already set, and display the license
The plugins page also doesn't shot the licensee information and number of nodes, but there is a validity period - maybe because no plugin is installed yet ?
For example, that Rudder has a license configured:
