When you add an user role, before saving it you can't remove it

Description
When you just add a user role, but before saving it, the role get a light green color. When on that state, it can't be deleted.
You need to either fully cancel your change (on that case, role get a blue on light blue color and have cross for deletion), or save then delete roles.
