Consider I have a Group containing one node "N", and a Rule that applies to this Group.
Then, I delete node N. This succeeds. However, when I next look at the Rules table, I see this:
This is wrong: the Rule cannot be "Applying" if there are no nodes to apply to. This should be "N/A".
