As explained in #2954, the "default_repository" in CFEngine is currently broken on Windows by a bug in cf-agent : https://cfengine.com/dev/issues/1483.
We have commented this out in Rudder system Techniques, but need to reenable it when this bug is fixed. This ticket is to do that, when the time comes.
