'Enter' when focus is in filter input box of Directive should do NOTHING

Description

On Rudder WebUI, Directives page, if a Directive is selected and that we are search another one with the search filter, pressing Enter (by mistake) will save the selected Directive.

It would be better if we can change the focus when using the search filter and prevent to save any Directive by pressing Enter when using the search filter.
