Technique OpenSSH Server v2.0: Reporting for SSH port configuration Component Key is not functionnal if port are not defined

Description
The use of the Technique OpenSSH Server v2.0 doesn't report anything about port configuration if the box "Do you wan to defin the Ports ?" is not ticket.
This is right that no modification is made but we should have a report which say so. At least for not having a Rule in a "No Answer" state.
I don't know how to fix this problem. IT seems to me that this new version of the Technique can't handle the cases when no modification is requested.
