Description
"About this technique" box should folow the screen when scrolling down (until reaching the directive edit form)

When using the "Fixed" CSS property, the box folows the screen, but doesn't stop when reaching the form. javascript/jQuery should be used (ie : sticky roll)

We no longer have an "About this Technique" box, and the Directives UI has been significantly improved since then. It still needs reworking, but that will be a wider process.
