Small corrections on workflow system

Description
Before release of 2.6.0 beta2 some small corrections need to be made on the workflow system
- numerous UI fixes
- forbid to change name/description of Accepted/Cancelled Change request
- Improve diffs
- remove popups when we don't need them (no workflow and no change message)
- Clean HTML code (specially group page as a lot was removed (lik "removeActionDialog" or "disactivateActionDialog")
