Description

The cfengine stdlib includes comprehensive support for package manager, but with bulk installation
The bulk installation doesn't allow for proper reporting, so we slowly rolled our own package manager.

We could simply reuse the generic one, with individual management of package

This would automagically solve http://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/3487
