Upload a file to the shared folder

Description
In the technique "Download a file from the shared folder" there's no possibility to upload a file to that shared folder. You need to go out of the webapp, find the shared folder and then put the file there. It would be nice if everything can be done in the webapp.

You're right, adding file in the configuration repository is not a very easy to do and doing it from the webapp would be a nice thing to have
I target it for the next version, it would be a easy small feature (just the upload for start) and think it could be targeted for 2.7.
This should be located in two places :
- In policy server management page : as it concerns only the policy server, that seems a good place to put it here.
- A new page dedicated to the shared folder
- in a first version just the upload
- later with a file browser to see all files in it from the webapp
- very very later a way to edit those file or delete them
It also would be nice if it works the other way round as well. What I mean is that it would be nice if it's possible that an uploaded file can be downloaded, edited and uploaded again within the webapp.
