Description

We must keep API version 1 behaviour exactly has it was in the past, but we want to deprecate it :

- keep authentication scheme the same as in the past, in particular allows non authenticated connexion
- update rudder.properties to deprecate the non authenticated prop for API v1
- update other documentations
