Screen "Administration>Policy Server": Buttons are broken after first click on them

Description
When clicking on clear cache / reload technique lib / reload dyn Group / network management the action is correctly performed but when the button is reloaded, the section containing that button become ugly.
This is javascript problem like those one happening in groups page
In fact only triggering reload technique library was breaking. but once technique library is broken all other buttons became ugly after one click.
This was a javascript issue, it was trying to reload technique tree, but there is nothing to display, this is not breaking in 2.4 but it is in 2.5 (certainly due to jquery update)
