When there is an error in the API acocunt generation, there's no error messages appearing in the UI

Description
If I try to create an API Acocunt with the same name as another one, the UI silently fails. However, the Webapp logs clearly shows that there is something wrong

- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to Nicolas CHARLES

- Status changed from Pending technical review to Pending release
- % Done changed from 0 to 100

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.7.0, which was released today.
