User story #3869: Integration of CFEngine 3.5.* into Rudder
Update our CFEngine stdlib to the latest version which is transitionnal to CFEngine 3.5

Description
Our CFEngine stdlib is too old to be compliant with CFEngine 3.5. We'll need to update it to the latest version. Indeed, the latest version has been made to update from 3.4 to 3.5.
