6 properties were deprecated by #4058,

Change message:
        rudder.ui.changeMessage.enabled
        rudder.ui.changeMessage.mandatory
        rudder.ui.changeMessage.explanation

Workflow:
        rudder.workflow.enabled
        rudder.workflow.self.validation
        rudder.workflow.self.deployment

They are now handle in the webapp and should mark as such.

We should add before them two lines:

# DEPRECATED in Rudder 2.8.0
# The property is now configurable directly in the webapp. See 'Adminstration -> Settings' page.
