Description

We created the possibility to show/hide sections/fields ( see http://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/3291 ) but it has not been really used within Rudder
this ticket is to track the extended use of hidden "not mandatory" sections

Not mandatory, in this context, means "that doesn't need to be changed for the Directive to work", or "is a really advanced value that we don't usually change unless we are a super expert"
