Description

Change the rule grid to remove unused column and pop-up (old compliance pop-up, list of groups, list of directives).

Merge status and enabled status column so that the Status column contains the enable status values.

Add colors for compliance.

For the category column, just use a defauls value like "/", i.e DO NOT start with category back-end management, not even read category. At that step, all categories are in root.

Change the edit icon.
