Description

logger_rudder.cf is using ncf tools to generate its actual reports (expected_reports.res) from the technique.

The path to use the tools is /usr/share/ncf/tools/ncf_rudder.py

It works perfectly on Rudder server, but all managed nodes cannot use it (they don't have package ncf installed)

we should change the path used to use the one defined by rudder (/var/rudder/ncf) in variable : "rudder_ncf"
