Description
The userManagement technique checks only every 60 minutes the full name if we do check only, resulting in unknow report
The issue has been reported by Alex Tkachenko in #4342

This was fixed yesterday, but the commit message had a typo ("Fiexs" instead of "Fixes") so the commits weren't linked and the ticket wasn't marked as Pending release. It now is, and this will be released in all next minor versions.
