Description
The bundle command_execution is only able to execute a simple command line. We should be able to execute a script as a module to define or undefine classes and be able to use a complex command line with the argument "useshell".

For the module, I guess we need to have two solution:
- one for module that extract information, with classes kept/failed and reached defined
- one for module that do something (modify system, etc), that would define kept/repaired/failed classes, based on a protocol to define with the module (for instance, module would defined "done_something" if it did something :) )
