rudder-inventory-ldap package complains about /etc/default rename from slapd to rudder-slapd and rsyslog config file

Description
The work from #4511 still had some issues, even after the fixes in #4529:
- Debian package still referred to conffile /etc/default/slapd
- The rsyslog configuration was still named slapd
I'm fixing these in a new PR.
