Description

In the Technique rpmPackageInstallation, the version is not taken into account when we want to install a specific version.
It is because it is not used in the package name convention.
Plus, the list of package installed use yum, and is not easily parsable, causing a lot of false negative in package/version installed

This ticket is for branches 2.9 and later, as behaviour changed between CFEngine 3.4 and 3.5
