The Save button for API account is always displayed "disabled", but still works perfectly

Description
When we want to create/update API Account, the popup starts with the Save button disabled
Changes don't disable it visually (but it becomes clickable)
Oddly, it always stays aria-disabled="true"

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.11.0~beta1 that was released yesterday.
