User story #2114: Integrate ncf-builder in Rudder
Add an authentication API to valid authentication via cookie

Description
Linked to #5074 (especially #5083), we need an API to users.
We will valid user from a cookie generated by Rudder when someone logs in and share it to ncf and ncf-builder
the API analyse entering request, and spring security valid the validity of the session by itself.

- Status changed from 13 to Pending release
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
