We need to had two hooks to Rudder in /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf/ncf-hooks.d
- post.write_technique.commit.sh: commit the newly created technique in Rudder
- post.write_technique.rudderify.sh: Rudderify the newly created technique, commit it in Rudder and reload technique library
