Bug #5387: Failing upgrade 2.10 > 2.11 due to rudder-webapp being upgraded before rudder-inventory-ldap

Remove from update-script 2.10 -> 2.11 the rudder-web role.

Description

The addition of that role was causing the update-script to fail if the LDAP server hadn't been updated before its execution.
A failing update-script cause major Rudder failures, not always easy to diagnosis.
