The condition on when to reports or when to register the ssh on boot are invalids, so the reporting is invalid on this component on AIX

oh, and lssrc doesn't report properly the current state of daemon
For instance, if you deactive ssh,but if there is still an active connexion, then lssrc will still report it, even if not anymore in inittab
