Directive stays selected in Directives tree even after other item has been selected and displayed

Description

Similar to #2197, when I create or edit a Directive, it is selected in the tree on the left of the page. However when I then click on another Technique, the display on the right of the page is changed, but that Directive is still selected in the tree.

It should not be.
