Add bulk operations for API

Description

For all APIs, in particular the "GET" ones, we want "bulk" operation:

- get all nodes (with the filter full/etc working)
- get all rules, directives, techniques, groups
- update several items at ounce (typically, a rule + some of its directive)

This is particulary important for integration with third party software, like iTop.
