Description

When you create a Rule without setting its category, it use "root" category ... but this does not work since "root" category does not exists

You see an "Error" as category in the web ui since it does not exists

The right category would be "rootRuleCategory" and not root

Thanks to Florian Heigl helping me spotting this :)
