Description
Like #6511, but for Node groups categories
Same urls should be added:
- GET groups/tree => Get the whole Group tree
- GET groups/categories/id => Get Group category details
- POST groups/categories/id => Update Group category
- DELETE groups/categories/id => Delete Group category
- PUT groups/categories => Create a category
