When we create a new directive an unnecessary popup appears

Description
When we click to create a directive, there is a popup with name and details of the directive that opens.
But this information can be added and changed in the form that appears after.
This is disturbing because we click on a validation button that doesn't validate anything (Configure).
This is annoying because when we just want to see the content of a technique we have to type a fake name here.
