Distinguish between error and loading in ncf builder

Description

When ncf builder is loading within Rudder, it show a transient message "You are not authenticated".
This should be something less scary for someone who is properly authenticated and thinks there is an error.
Something like "Authentication in progress" or "Loading in progress" with a timeout before saying there is a problem.
