On Debian 7, Rudder 3.1.1, I accepted 2 nodes at the same time
The list of nodes only show one of them, and the "accept new nodes" list doesn't show up anymore (neverending loading)
restarting jetty solves the issue (both nodes are accepted)
It may happen on earlier version of rudder
Logs don't say anything

Thanks Alexis for the dup info. I'm closing this one, and altering the title of the other to make clearer what the problem was/is.
