Description

In last fix (#7465) we accidentally removed to home folder creation of ncf-api-venv user

To fix it:

  • Move user Creation user from postinst to preinst
  • Have it again in managed files with correct attributes (will work since user is now created in preinst)

Will also add logging on selinux policy management, set policy removal in rudder-webapp postun, and remove it from ncf-api postun
