I can't reproduce this. The directory_create method uses the new log format:

    "report"             usebundle => _log("Create directory ${target}", "${old_class_prefix}", "${class_prefix}", @{args});

I was probably a server where I upgraded only rudder packages (and forgot ncf). I think we can close this.

Must be although fixed for custom techniques, created by "Technique Editor".
Warning present at this moment for Rudder agent 3.2.4-trusty0 (CFEngine Core 3.7.1).
I can post new bug, if there's need in.

BTW, if the line ends with Not applicable) it could be #8475 which was fixed recently.
